Answers to common questions about the followthru app. Can't find what you need? Email us and a real person will reply.
1. Contact us
Email [email protected]. We usually reply within one business day. Please tell us whether you're a coach or a golfer, and the email on your account.
You can also send us a note from the app: coaches in Profile, then Settings, then Send feedback; golfers in Me, then Send feedback.
2. Your account
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot your password? We'll text or email you a code to set a new one.
- Change your details. Coaches: Profile. Golfers: Me.
- Delete your account. Coaches: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account at the bottom. Golfers: Me, then Delete account at the bottom. You have 30 days to change your mind before it's deleted for good.
- Your information. See our Privacy Policy, or email us for a copy of what we hold.
3. Golfers
- Connect to your coach. Scan your coach's QR code or enter their code when you sign up, or later from your account.
- Booking, changing or cancelling a lesson. Use the Book tab, or message your coach. Changes and credits are up to your coach.
- Payments. Paying in the app goes straight to your coach, plus a small booking fee shown before you pay. Questions about a lesson payment? Ask your coach first; if you can't sort it out, email us.
- Booking for your child. Add them under Me, then book for them from the Book tab. Children under 13 can't have their own account.
- Aged 13 to 17? Book lessons as usual. To message your coach, open the chat and tap Send a link to my parent. Once your parent or guardian links their account, you can message, and they can see your messages.
4. Coaches
- Your plan. See your plan in the app under Profile, then Settings. To change plan, update your card or cancel, sign in at app.followthrugolf.com and go to Settings, then Manage subscription.
- Getting paid by card. Profile, then Settings, then Get paid by card. Stripe pays you directly.
- Inviting clients. Share your booking link or QR code from Profile, or send an invite from a client's page.
5. Reporting a problem
In any chat, tap ⋯ at the top to report the other person or block them, or hold a message to report it. Reports come straight to our team and we look at every one, usually within a day. You can also email [email protected].
If someone is in danger right now, contact the police or emergency services first.
